Caroline Jenke becomes Chief Legal Officer and authorised signatory at Pliant
Caroline Jenke has taken over the position of Chief Legal Officer and authorised signatory of the corporate credit card provider Pliant as of 1 March 2022 and is thus a member of the management. For the Klarna Group, Jenke accompanied the internationalisation process in more than a dozen European countries and created the legal basis for the licence-as-a-service offering for FinTecSystems.
Most recently, Jenke worked for FinTecSystems GmbH (Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer, authorised signatory, General Counsel) since 2018 and before that for more than eight years at SOFORT GmbH (Klarna Group) as General and Legal Counsel
Jenke takes over the Legal and Compliance division at Pliant and supports the expansion of internationalisation and the Card-as-a-Service offering
