Multi-currency card accounts

Multi-Currency Accounts allow you to conduct business in 11 different currencies, reducing conversion costs by transacting in the same currency as your business operations. This feature is ideal for organizations operating across different countries and jurisdictions.

To create a Multi-Currency Account, first ensure that your organization is subscribed to either our Standard or Custom Plan. An owner or admin within your organization can then activate the Multi-Currency Account feature through the Pliant Admin app.

A practical use-case for Multi-Currency Accounts is for a travel company operating in multiple countries, such as handling Euros (EUR) and Polish Zloty (PLN) transactions for their Polish customers. The company can manage payments in the local currency of their customers, allowing them to seamlessly switch between different currencies as needed, depending on the transaction, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing currency conversion costs.
