Joining Pliant has been one of the best decisions I've made career wise. There is a lot of trust and support in the team and with managers, I have a lot of autonomy in my work and I am able to be a part of defining goals for myself and the team.

I feel I've learned a lot at Pliant. As a brand designer, we get to do so many different projects, even things we've never done before, and it’s great to have the opportunity to just go for it.

Pliant is a one-of-a-kind company. I finally feel the support from my supervisor, I have been given a lot of independence and trust, and in return I try to do everything to the best of my ability.
